Summary:

Area/Program Focus: Board-certified/eligible child abuse pediatrician to develop evidence-based initiatives and create new knowledge regarding the diagnosis, management, and prevention of child abuse.

Job Summary: This clinician-researcher will be expected to provide direct clinical care to children who have been maltreated; be an active participant in the education of pediatric residents, fellows, and faculty; as well as collaborate with other Penn State faculty on projects involving the assessment, treatment, and study of children who have been victims of abuse.

Reports to: Director of the Center for the Protection of Children

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a M.D. or D.O.; be American Board of Pediatrics board certified or board-eligible in child abuse; and have valid clinical licensure.

Salary Classification:
Open rank faculty position (tenured, tenure-eligible, or non-tenure track)
