Using her specific work in the area of Secondary Traumatic Stress, Dr. Ginny Sprang of the University of Kentucky has explored what it is that champions do to make an initiative successful. In Part 2, Dr. Sprang shares information on the research on strategies that that champions can use. She also provides information on the research her center has conducted around how champions impact the success of organizations in their journeys to become more secondary traumatic stress informed.
