Summary: 

Supervises staff and coordinates program services including client assessments, treatment plans, client recordkeeping and quality control of service delivery.  Works closely with project partners to maximize treatment and triage services for children, adolescents, and their families experiencing sexual violence, dating violence, physical abuse and neglect. Establishes and coordinates Partner Advisory Team and Consumer Advisory Team.  Participates in the implementation and monitoring of CARES Program data collection, evaluation, and reporting requirements.  Works with CARES Training Coordinator, NCTSN and other partners in planning and participating in training and grantee meetings.  Assists Board of Director, Program Director and Development staff in resource development to continue project after grant funding ends.  Ensures program services operate efficiently, ethically, legally and in accordance with defined program guidelines.

Qualifications: 

Masters degree with supervisory experience and  a minimum of 5 years of direct service experience; social work (LGSW) or counseling license (LPC) required.
